Real Madrid manager, Carlco Ancelotti has revealed that he met with the club’s president, Florentino Perez on Friday.
According to him, Perez has assured him that he will not be sacked.
Los Blancos were dumped out of the Champions League by Manchester City in midweek, with the Premier League champions progressing with a 5-1 aggregate score.
Madrid have already lost the LaLiga title to Barcelona this season.
This has led to speculations linking Ancelotti with an exit from the Bernabeu, with the Italian linked with the Brazil national team.
But he told reporters today: “I met with Florentino Pérez yesterday and he’s supporting me, he has confidence in me. We’ll continue together.
“The club guaranteed to me that I’m gonna stay. Brazil? The whole world knows I’m under contract here and I want to stay.”
