Transfer: Turkish club, Fenerbahce rule out Moses move

by James Davies

Turkish Super Lig giants, Fenerbahce have ruled out making a move for Spartak Moscow winger, Victor Moses this summer.

Moses spent time on loan at the club from Premier League giants, Chelsea in the 2019/20 season.

The former Nigeria international was on target five times in 20 league outings.

Fenerbahce have been touted as a possible destination for Moses, who is targeting a move away from Russian club, Spartak Moscow at the end of the current season.

Selahattin Baki, a member of the Fenerbahce board of directors, has, however, hinted that the club is not interested in the 32-year-old.

“Personally, we are not interested in signing Victor Moses. We are not currently looking for a midfield player,” Baki told Sport Express.

The former Inter Milan player has one-year remaining on his contract with Spartak Moscow.
